• If we are out of stock of a particular item, we will let you know and give you an anticipated delivery date. We will only charge you postage once - even if we send you more than one parcel.
• We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand choosing the right size or product for a child with additional needs can be tricky. Children and wheelchairs come in all sorts of different shapes and sizes so we appreciate getting the right size or product first time may not always be achievable, because of this we will always try to be as reasonable and flexible as possible.
