This fully seam-sealed waterproof coverall with hood slips easily over child and chair keeping both dry from head to toe, a great option for children in powerchairs and manual wheelchairs. The elasticated bottom attaches over the footplate to provide total protection and two handy slits in the back can accommodate wheelchair handles.
